You have arrived to Italy. It may feel like you are almost done with bureaucratic requirements. Unfortunately, we must tell you that your journey has just started!

First of all, you surely need a tax code (codice fiscale). Why is this important? Because this code allows Italian Authorities to identify each of us. Without it, you will not have the chance to sign a rental contract or to register with the Italian Health care system.

How can we help you?

• By applying on your behalf (after receiving from you the physical copy of the signed Tax Code application form at our office)
• By sending you the final certificate via e-mail (we are always available to hand you over the original Tax Code certificate in person at our office)
