• From the moment in which you activate the service, you have the chance to schedule 3 calls/in-person meetings (1.5h) or equivalent time in e-mail correspondence with us to be advised and guided.

It may happen (only once in your lifetime hopefully!) that you find yourself in a situation you are not able to handle.

Let's have an example: you have just applied for residence permit renewal, and you are holding your postal office receipt. You are then invited to attend an important conference in Spain, but, as you should know, you cannot travel to EU countries with the only receipt.

• Providing you with the list of documents needed to report your case to the competent authorities involved (Italian Embassy or Consulate/ Police Department/Interior Ministry “Prefettura”)
